after i logged into mycloud account , i can not see preview of my files .If i click on any of files it just download the file onto my computer .
Is there a way if i only wanna see the preview of files without downloading them ?

What type of files are you trying to open.
Are you using the web site or the desktop application?
these are pdf files and i was trying to see the preview on the web by signing in to my WD account at mycloud.com
