Cant see my Photo Folder

Hello,

I have the WD LIVE HUB with a 1 TB HD. For some reason can not see my PHOTOS folder on the WD internal HD.

I have the current firmware 3.08.14…

I can see the photos if i go to FILES but not if I go to PHOTOS

any Ideas???

Dumb question – what format are the photos?

plus how are you looking for photos. What did you select after you clicked the photo icon.

Hello…Strange…All I did was resort them and they all  were available again…problem solved…thanks for the replies.
