Can't see D: after I merged hidden with D:

can’t see D: after I merged hidden with D:
I have the WD Black drive and I can access my data on D: but only with unhide command. Is there any other way I can get back to normal. Maybe a better program to delete the hidden partitions without losing my files?
I don’t know where to get help on this,
