Cant reset pro2100

I’ve tried 4 scond reset and 40 seconds reset but still can access http://mycloudpr2100.
Please help

I’ve tried using ip 169.254.74.44 but still cant access wdcloud.
Any solution?

Sorry, that is wrong ip address. it solved with accessing My Cloud and setting up device again.
