Can't read San Disk Cruzer micro 8GB USB drive

I formatted the above drive to NTFS and my WDTV can’t read it - any hints or ideas about how to use the USB drive in the WDTV?

Did you try both USB ports? I’m using same drive and works perfectly. (Sandisk cruzer micro 8GB with NTFS)

Are the each of the USB ports - different???
