"Can't read from the source file or disk"

Hi!
After I solved my last issue I am now receiving another.

I can upload files to my MyBook Live no problem (slow speed, but that’s another issue). However I cannot download files from my MyBook Live to my local computer.

I get this error: 
 

The computer I am sitting on is a external computer which is not located within the MyBook Live LAN. 
I am running the drives via WD2Go.

What OS are you using on the all the computers?
