Just purchased My Passport Ultra and first backup appears to have worked. But when I attempt to open the backup on the device I just get a rolling green bar at the top and it never opens. Tried it on two PCs running Windows 10 and 11.

Unfortunately I purchased it on ebay and was told it is out of warranty so WD wouldn’t answer my question. I have an older model of My Passport and never had a problem.
