Can't mount/mapped Public folder on MacOS

Hello,

I have the following problem with my WD My Book Live:
I’m trying to mount Public folder via Finder. I entered my credentials, the popup window appears, but when I’m selecting a “Public” folder to be mounted the window shakes twice but the folder isn’t mounted.
I can access this folder via FTP with no problem (using the same user/password, the same with access via web application. I only got this problem when I’m trying to mount it.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

Sometimes when trying to access Public Share before Private, this issue may be caused. It’s recommend to perform the power cycle on My Book Live and reboot. After getting initialize, map the Private Share first and then Public Share.
