Can't map the drive

I can successfully login wd2go.com and load the JAVA.

But when I click the " + open in explorer " 

It pop up " The network name cannot be found." 

Please advise what’s the problem.

are the rule of sharing printers and files actived in the firewall of windows?. Are the computer and WD in the same workgroup?.  Can you map the drive by ip? For example: \192.168.1.12\ (your wd ip).

my computer and WD are in the same workgroup. 

I can map the WD from the window explorer but got error message by the wd2go.com locally and from my office desktop.
