since 2 month i can’t login at the Web Interface. i change the name from the Cloud - i think this is not the problem. maybe someone can’t help me to fixed that issue. it stops at the login screen

Which “web interface” are you attempting to log into? The My Cloud Dashboard (ie, http://wdmycloud) or the My Cloud web portal (http://mycloud.com)?
Have you tried a different web browser? Have you tried disabling any browser extensions and add-ons?

If you haven’t done so already, add files.mycloud.com
to UBlock’s White List. That should solve the problem of uBlock interfering with the operation of the MyCloud.com website.
