Can't Identify Drive Model - For Updates

I have a My Book drive but I can’t remember which one I bought. I’ll paste the drive info below. Can anyone tell me which updaters to dowload? I need it to stop going to sleep. I’ve turned off energy saver on my mac and this drive still goes to sleep. Do I need to download the firmware updates? Other software? Thanks!

Hello, I was unable to find your model with the information you posted, but you can try installing Smartware and then go to Settings/Se Up Drive/Sleep timer and increase the sleep timer time. Check the link below, to find your model and see if it supports Smartware.
