Can't get My Book to show up on network

I have a new WD My Book Essentials 2tb USB 3.0. I bought this to use to backup two PC’s on my home network, but it will not show up on my network via my PC.

I have a Linksys E3000 and I have it properly setup.

Dell XPS Studio 9100 Win7 Pro

Sony with XP Media

Any ideas how to make this work?

Are you trying to use this as a network drive connected to the router?
