Can't Get iPlayer App back

Hi :smiley:

I recently reset my hub and ever since the iPlayer app has dissapeared from the services menu:cry:

I’ve tried resetting it again several times, I’ve rolled back & reinstalled the firmware and tried resetting my loacation a bunch of times but no joy:confounded:

My router settings seem fine and all my other devices connect to iPlayer no problem.

Any ideas?

There was a problem with the WD location server which tells the player which services to show. This has now been fixed.  If you go to setup / system / set time & country / reset location and select yes, you should find all the UK services back. If you have any problems do a reset to factory defaults and report back here.
