Can't find Milestone Arcus Surveillance

I’d like to install Milestone Arcus Surveillance on my EX2 but I can’t find it in the app list. How could I install it manually ?

If you have the original WD My Cloud EX2 as opposed to the WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra then the application will not be available.
