Can't find 9 characters for Passport ultra silver 2018

I bought a silver passport ultra 1T, but after installing and accessing my cloud, they entered 9 characters to be able to use the service, but I couldn’t find anything like that. as they say on their device, it’s funny and annoying.

I believe it might have redirected you to the My Cloud Home device page which requires 9 digit code. The My Passport Ultra is a plug and play device which doesn’t require any code for operation.
