I can’t download videos from MyCloud to my iPhone. On your support page for the iPhone App, it mentions 3 fullstops marks on the bottom of the preview, and I don’t see that on my mobile. The only option I have is “Share Link” which does not work anyway when I do so.
I have no problem with photos as I have a variety of options such as WhatsApp, viber, camera roll, etc
