…and haven’t been able to do it for months.
My firmware is still 1.09.10
I was one of those people who had the 94% hangup trying to to update a few months ago, and it wasn’t resolved for me.
Now, something else is happening.
I hit ‘update’, it gets to 1% very quickly, goes back to zero, and then tells me the update has failed due to an unstable wireless connection.
However, the wireless connection is fine; I stream youtube, I access networked files, I swap files freely from computer to WD wirelessly, so there is nothing wrong with the network setup. A connection check confirms everything is ok.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I’ve finally decided to do a manual update, via computer download and USB stick, which worked fine, but I’d like to be able to auto-update in future…
