Can't delete semi transparent folder

I have two semi-transparent or translucent huge folder, 70GB which I couldn’t delete despite restarted the MyBook Live Duo 6TB. I couldn’t browse the content of the folders. I am on Mountain Lion.

Hi, do you know what time of content is saved on those folders? What message do you see when you try to delete them?

rm -rRf /path/to/folder
