Is anyone aware of a way to delete an old My Cloud Home device from an account?
I’ve looked almost everywhere but can’t seem to find a way.
Any help would be much appreciated.

A My Cloud Home device can only be removed from an account if the device is online.
If offline, you’ll need to contact tech support for device removal.
