Can't delete empty folders on my WD My Passport external drive Windows

I am moving from a PC to a Mac. I copied some PC file folders with their files on my Passport.

I have copied them on my Mac and I would now like to delete them on my Passport. I used shift delete and it has deleted everything that is in the files but I can’t get it to delete the empty folders.
