Can't connect to U-verse HELP

SOLUTION:

Purchase a cheap GigE Switch from Amazon or your favorite electronics shop.
Plug the switch into the Uverse Gateway Router
Plug the My Cloud into the switch and power on

PROBLEM SOLVED!
