Hello everyone,
I try to setup my cloud but every time i try to connect to the account i already had i have this message
" * Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again."
I had my cloud set up but i did a hard reset and after that i am not able to connect in order to add members
How long has it been since you set up your device on the new firmware?
I just updated my My Cloud this morning. My first couple of tries I couldn’t log in. I left and did some other errands for over an hour. I just tried again and was able to log in and my device opened.
