I have plex installed, I hit configure, enter my password and it can’t find the server

Which version of Plex are you using ? Please check if its the latest or not. And also try to reboot the My Passport wireless pro and then try to configure the plex.
I’m having the same issue with Plex as well. I have the most current firmware on a PR4100 and am using PLEX V1.9 something. The issue started when I started to add media folders to Plex. I get an error message from Plex that the server ca no longer be found and that it will retry the connection automatically. I purchased the Plex pass so we could cut cable TV and use the NAS as a DVR, but after resetting the drived and the NAS to factory specs 4 times and still losing access to Plex, things are starting to look bleak.
