Just received the WD Elements. Hook it up to all three of my USB ports. Light on the WD comes on. Other USB drives work in those ports. But my computer doesn’t show there is anything in that drive. I tried to go through the start menu and backup and the computer can’t find the device. I installed the WD Smartware installer and it doesn’t show a backup target. I checked that the USB port is working and is 3.0.
