My boss just bought me a MyBook Essentials 1TB because our network guys are having trouble with our network tape backup, and all my critical work files (on a mapped, Windows network drive) are not getting backed up.
Am I missing something, or does the WD Smartware software that came with my MyBook NOT allow me to back up a mapped drive?
