Can't add user to share "oops something went wrong..."

As subject states…
Added user and invite email was received but user gets above error. w/Ipad Pro
I tried creating account with same link on my PC w/edge and get same results.
The way I read it if i worked they would create a folder to upload/download files or photos. Would I be able to view or add files/photos to that folder?
If not how do I create a folder to share so I may add files/photos so they may view/download?

And… when I try to log into my cloud home on Edge it brings up user I invited and I can’t clear their username so I can log in.

If the solution below doesn’t work, install the latest version of Chrome browser.

Resolution

iOS

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Safari.
  3. Tap Block All Cookies to disable the option.

  1. Open Chrome browser.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right corner.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Site Settings.
    Cookies will show as blocked.
  5. Tap cookies
    Select Allow Cookies.

I don’t use chrome, I only use edge or firefox on win-11 pc

I’ll try the above suggestion on my Ipad and report back.
