Whenever I attempt to access myCloud.local folder on my iMac desktop it doesn’t take my username and password to log in as a registered user. How may I go about getting the correct username and password? Please advice. I don’t want to do a full reset because I don’t want to erase my data on the drive. Thanks in advance
It must be a registered user within the Dashboard of the unit, not your Mac’s username and password. Go to the Dashboard and double-check credentials.
Which username and password are you entering.
mycloud.com account is different.
local device server account is different.
your iMac apple account is different.
