Can't access my drive through the app and computer

Unable to access disk. The site does not work from the home Internet. When logging in through the application from the computer, it gives a login error, when logging in from the phone, it shows that something went wrong and asks to restart. It does not load from wifi at all.
No feedback on who to contact! Tell the official representative in Ukraine, who can help with the issue? How do I get my data?
