Can't access my cloud

I was working on my cloud and pressed the refresh button. It stayed refreshing for like half an hour. When I try now to open from anywhere my cloud it can access it. The control panel pages also can´t be reached.

If the blue light is shown on the front of the unit, it is connected to your local network. Since you reset it, it has probably changed its IP address on your network. Your router UI should show you the new IP address. Type this address in the browser to access the UI.
