Hello. I can log on to the drive no problem, and I get the standard screen with an image of the WDMyCloud drive, but when I click on it to see the folders I get an error message (tried in IE and Chrome, and in Win 7 and RT). Error message is:
“This page cannot be displayed” in IE and “This page is not available” in Chrome.
I have had something similar in the past and had to adjust the Java security settings, which I have done but still can’t access.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
