Cant access Files thru network

Hi im having problems accessing files thru the network on my WDmycloud 4tb. I can see them in the app but this also stops me to do timemachine backups my mac can see the drive but cant use it. any help please?

Let me add that i did a safepoint and when i did a factory restore i could access it again but after i restored my safepoint same problem i can access the drive but see no files in windows networks
