Can't access device via web (mobile is fine)

I’m having problems getting onto my device using the web service. However I’ve had no issues whatsoever using the mobile service. The device shows as being offline whenever i access using the web service. I’ve rebooted, got latest firmware, security certs are installed on my browser.

Are there some things where web browser access has different setup requirements to the mobile? This has worked in the past just fine. But stopped all of a sudden, without there being any obvious changes that I made to any setup. I’ve tried from a few different devices, browsers and internet connections too. None of them want to play ball.

Scratch all that. At some point I somehow managed to scrub the email address from the account in my cloud access.
