Can't Access Dashboard

I’m trying to access the dashboard. I enter my username and password then the dashboard flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second, then kicks me back to the logon screen.

I’ve tried using IE11, Firefox, and Chrome. All the browsers do the exact same thing.

I’ve tried from the WD Dashboard link and going directly to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/UI and have the same behavior.

I will NOT do a factory restore. I have pictures and videos of my child’s first year on this drive and will lose them by doing a factory restore. That is not an option for me.

I can access all the folders on the drive with no problem. It’s only the dashboard I can’t access.

Anyone have any ideas?

First thing computers will fail.always have a backup.

If it comes down to a restore you would want a system only restore. This does not delete data or shares but all users and passwords and everything else set to default.

Do you have more than 1 computer to use?

Did you set a static IP address? If not go into your router to determine the IP. Ping it to verify. Then add this to the java control panel. When fixed set a static IP
