Can't access dashboard

I moved my WD My Cloud EX4 to a new Wifi router and now the dashboard and the public shares are unaccessible.
The IP address has not changed, which I have verified via the LCD panel.
I have tried connecting my EX4 directly to my computer, but the dashboard will still not pull up (by IP or name).
All lights on the front of the device are blue, I can see no issues.
Any further troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated.

The network configuration on a My Cloud is set to DHCP by default. If a static IP address has been assigned, the My Cloud may not be accessible after changing routers, service providers or relocating to a different network.
