Canon EOS software access to MYCLOUD

When I try to access the mycloud drive through a folder on my computer to download files directly from my camera it states that I don’t have access to that folder?
Any help would be appreciated

Are you getting any error while trying to access that particular folder where you want to download the files of your camera?

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling WD Discovery from the computer and try to login again to check whether you are able to access the files or not.
