Cannot use WD2Go

Hi there,

I updated my firmware on 24th February to the latest (and am running mac high sierra), and since then I cannot connect to my cloud when on a different network. It works completely fine when on the same network but not when on a different.

WD2Go? WD changed that website several years ago to MyCloud.com.

Any time one is having trouble with remote access to a My Cloud one should try disabling remote access/cloud access through the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings page, waiting a few minutes, then re-enabling it.
