Cannot use my android smartphone as remote controller after firmware 1.15.10 and also some another mobile software doesn’t work!
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the remote control software on the phone. I had to do this when I upgraded firmware.

You can also try going into the phone’s application manager and clearing the data and cache. Also, if using your phone over wifi, make sure it is on the same network band (2.4 GHz , 5.0 GHz) as your router.
