Cannot upload to MyCloud NAS from remote location

My MyCloud NAS has suddenly stopped uploading files remotely of at least 15mb or larger in size. The error message indicates the server has timed out. I have OS 5 with firmware update 5.20.113. I have attempted remote access from both a Windows 10 and Windows 11 machine using either Chrome or Edge. A speed test indicates that I have at least 25Mps download and 3.8Mps upload speeds. On a local network, the NAS will upload the files without issue. Any ideas which can help me address this issue?

Keerti,
Thanks for your reply in attempts to helping me to resolve my issue. I followed the directions to enable Remote Dashboard Access; however, once I drilled down to the network level in the instructions, there was no toggle available for me to switch the remote dashboard to on. My dashboard does not match the look of the last step of the dashboard given in the instructions.

I found a solution to the described issue. I was able to upload successfully using Internet Explorer 11. Also, you can use Edge if you go into the browser settings and make the selection to allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode. However, Microsoft will discontinue support for Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022. With support coming to an end, I wonder if Western Digital has any plans to properly address this issue?

Don’t hold your breath…
