Hello. I installed WD Security as advised by an associate on WD Chat to password protect my new MY Passport 1T SSD. I decided that I did not want to use the security software and uninstalled WD Security. Now, WD Unlocker remains on my computer. I am unable to find a method to uninstall WD Unlocker. I have a support ticket on the issue, but they are so far unable to help me. Any advice is appreciated.
Did you unlock your machine first?
