I recently bought this product, and it was working great. Now it wont allow to stream any content via my home network, or stream anything from a local hard drive plugged into the WD TV Live. It sees the content and folders. Both with the hard drive, and Via Media Server. But when you click on the content to play you get the spinning arrow, like its loading the content. But it never loads, I’ve waited up to 45 mins.
This problem started arising after I updated to your newest firmware. I really do love the product so I hope you can help. Thanks
