Cannot Sign in WD Discovery

I have a my clould home duo. Not sure since when when i sign in the WD Discovery, i get the message saying “My Cloud is having trouble connecting to the server. Check your internet connection and try again.”

it happens on both my Mac and PC, however my phone can access the drive through My Cloud with no problem. can access all files, create new folder and upload new files. So think it shouldn’t be a problem of the hardware.

Any suggestion on what i can do to log in through my computer though WD Discovery?

I am having the same issue today, was fine this morning, shut down for an hour and now I get the “My Cloud is having trouble connecting to the server. Check your internet connection and try again.” I hope this is a WD issue and it is resolved.

Same here…they don’t know when the issue will be resolved…waited about 45 minutes for someone to talk with about it.

Same problem here… I can access even on pc app, website or mobile app. Is it the server problem?

same problem here in portugal i can access on my mac or mobile app
