Cannot recognize both 3TB 3.0 USB My Book simultaneously on Windows8.1!

Dear All,

I have problem to get both 3TB My Book to be recognized by Windows 8.1 simultaneously. I can get either of them to be reognized but not both at the same time. Please help me to figure out how to sort off these issues! Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
