Hello to all,
I have the following problem:
Trying to open myPassport usb drive I typed 5 times the wrong password. Later I went home where I have the password written, so I happily pluged-in my drive only to find out that smartware keeps telling me that I have already tried 5 wrong passwords and that I should unplug and then re-plug the drive.
Offcourse, this didn’t do any good, I am still asked to unplug-replug because I have already typed 5 times wrong password!
Any Ideas? This is my backup drive I have many files I want in there
