Cannot open aMule

Install aMule, several days later I cannot open it. the message says

"This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

The temeporary sulotion is I have to unintasll and reinstall aMule. But all the information will be lost.

I hope someone could help me out.

Hello, Welcome to the WD community. Have you tried clearing the browsing history and the cookies? using another browser?
