Cannot login to my support portal

I use to have the same login and password for WD SUPPORT PORTAL & WD Community.
tried to login to the wd support portal. I cannot
login to the wd community and it worked fine.

Please help.

It is now Feb 18 2019 and my login for WD SUPPORT PORTAL still does not work

Sent another email today.

Can anyone at this forum help me out.

It is now Feb 22 2019 and no response from WD Support.
Created a new account WD SUPPORT PORTAL and re-registered my WD Products.
