Cannot log in to my book live on Smartware but can access web dashboard

I have My book live 3TB and trying to use it for backup it via the smartware. Smartware shows the device but requires login. Each time I put my user name and password nothing happens, and the login requirement still there. I can access my web dashboard by typing the IP address. I work on windows 10 and my smartware version is 2.4.14.

Hello,

Try to restart the device and check if this helps you out, you can reboot the device by going to settings on the dashboard then utility, there you will see the device reboot option.

I have the same problem but after trying the device reboot option it did not fix the problem.
