Cannot execute a .EXE file

I’ve got a NAS drive mounted on my Windows 10 PC, which has several folders and installers. Unfortunately, I can’t execute those files, since the following message appears:

Any suggestion? This isn’t happening with other drives…

Did you try to run the application as administrator (Run as administrator)?

Yes, I tried running it as administrator. This problem isn’t happening when executing exes of other NAS drives.
