Cannot create a New account for user

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2TB WD External HDD, my first WD product. I want to create a account for same so i can i register my product & all but i can’t create a account, tried different browser even different PC but it not working.

Which WD product/device do you own? You may be able to find out what you need to do in the Knowledge Base. Ask, How do I create an account for my WD Product (give the name of your device)?
