I can nolonger connect to my HDD’s world book 2 NAS storage, I have tried three machines Win 10 ,8 7 nothing see the drives but canot connect. is my NAS knackered.

Have you tried resetting the device? On the back of the unit on top of the Ethernet port there is a hole shaped button you can press with a paperclip or a pin for 3 to 5 seconds. Also I would like to know the behavior of the lights on the front of the unit.
