Cannot connect to Shared folder from Windows Server

I have a WD My World Book Edition II

Static IP

Assigned to my Domain.

I am not able to browse to the drive from a file explorer window from my Windows Server 2008 (\WDdrive or \IPaddress)

I can ping it from the server and access the login portal via IE.

From any other work station I am able to access the drive from windows explorer.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks

Mike

The error message I get is:

\WDdrive is not accessible. You might now have permission to use the network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The format of the specified computer name is invalid

I just logged into the server with my personal domain account and I am able to access the drive.

Why would I not be able to access the drive using the domain admin account, the account that is usually logged into the server and the account used in BackUpExec to push back=ups to the WD Drive.
